Sales were up in October for Makaha-Nanakuli single-family homes and Windward condos.
Sales of single-family homes on Oahu rose 11% in November, compared to a year ago, while sales of condominiums increased slightly and prices remained flat, according to statistics from the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
There were 320 sales of single-family homes last month on Oahu, which was 11.1% more than the 288 that sold in November 2018. The median price of those homes was $794,750, which was 0.3% less than the median price of $797,000 in November last year.
The median price of a condominium on Oahu last month was $415,000, which was 1.2% less than $420,000 in November of last year. That was based on sales of 434 units, which was 1.2% more than the 429 that sold in November 2018.
Year-to-date sales of single-family homes were about 4% higher than a year ago, while sales of condos were down about 5% and prices were flat.
